This Policy and Operational Terms apply to all restaurant partners (“Partners”) using the Winngs platform to list menus, receive orders, and manage operations in Surat and beyond.
1. Commission & Service Fees
- Agreed Commission: Partners agree to pay a service commission on every successful order as specified in their individual Merchant Agreement.
- Taxation: All commissions are subject to the applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax) as per Indian law.
- Deductions: Commission plus GST will be automatically deducted from the weekly or monthly settlements before payouts are made to the Partner's registered bank account.
2. Food Quality & Responsibility
- Sole Responsibility: The Partner (Restaurant) is solely responsible for the quality, hygiene, and safety of the food prepared.
- Packaging: Partners must ensure secure and hygienic packaging to prevent contamination during transit.
- Legal Compliance: Partners must maintain a valid FSSAI license and adhere to all food safety standards set by the government.
- Liability: Winngs acts as a delivery platform; any health issues, complaints, or legal claims arising from food consumption are the direct responsibility of the Partner.
3. Information We Collect
- Business Details: We collect the restaurant name, business address, contact information, bank details for payouts, GSTIN, and FSSAI license details.
- Operational Data: We track menu items, pricing, availability, order history, and performance metrics.
- Staff Data: We may collect personal data of staff members (e.g., manager’s email or phone number) if provided for platform access.
4. How We Use Your Information
- To facilitate order processing, payments, and settlements.
- For platform analytics, dispute resolution, and providing marketing support.
- To comply with all applicable tax and regulatory requirements.
5. Sharing Your Information
- With Users: Limited information is shared, such as the menu, restaurant address, and customer ratings.
- With Delivery Partners: Necessary order details are shared for pickup and delivery coordination.
- Service Providers: Data may be shared with third-party providers for accounting, analytics, and legal compliance.
- Restriction: Information is not shared with third parties for unrelated purposes.
6. Data Security and Rights
- Security: Data security standards are maintained similar to our User Privacy Policy.
- Partner Rights: Partners can access or update their information at any time via the Partner Dashboard.
